We had a super time last night at our annual Christmas wrap up party at Camp Arrowhead!
A wonderful turnout resulted in a great social time...including lots of food, gifts from Santa for the children, a weiner roast, hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
Having a low-key event provides the opportunity for the children to interact and build friendships between the sections (beavers and cubs with scouts). The beavers look up to the cubs, and the cubs look up to the scouts.
The scouts had done a super job of decorating with lights, creating a feeling of Christmas in the air. And having snow on the ground added to that feeling.
There were alot of wet clothing by nights end and lots of new memories as well!
